Troubleshooting
- Device won’t turn on → Confirm USB-C cable is connected and charge for 30–60 minutes.
- No sound → Raise volume and confirm a sound is selected.
- Light not working → Cycle through color modes.
- Battery drains quickly → Fully charge before use; avoid using while plugged into low-power adapters.
- Sound stops unexpectedly → Check if a sleep timer (30/60/90 min) is set; switch to “continuous play” mode.
- Button not responding → Hold power button for 5 seconds to reset.

Warranty & Replacements
- 1-Year Limited Warranty – Covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
- What’s Covered: Sound playback issues, light malfunction, battery not charging, or buttons not responding.
- What’s Not Covered: Damage from misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear.
- How It Works: If your TranquilTone device fails within 12 months of purchase, contact us at 📧 support@tranquiltone.com. We’ll troubleshoot with you and arrange a replacement if needed.
