Troubleshooting
  • Device won’t turn on → Confirm USB-C cable is connected and charge for 30–60 minutes.
  • No sound → Raise volume and confirm a sound is selected.
  • Light not working → Cycle through color modes.
  • Battery drains quickly → Fully charge before use; avoid using while plugged into low-power adapters.
  • Sound stops unexpectedly → Check if a sleep timer (30/60/90 min) is set; switch to “continuous play” mode.
  • Button not responding → Hold power button for 5 seconds to reset.

Warranty & Replacements
  • 1-Year Limited Warranty – Covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
  • What’s Covered: Sound playback issues, light malfunction, battery not charging, or buttons not responding.
  • What’s Not Covered: Damage from misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear.

  • Hassle-Free Replacement: If the product is deemed defective, we’ll replace it with a new unit at no cost to you.
